Common areas, hallways, parkades, and exteriors converted to LED for lower hydro bills, fewer callouts, brighter and safer buildings. Often rebate-eligible, and easy to sell to owners at the AGM.
EPR reports
For buildings that require them, we complete the Electrical Planning Reports and annual safety documentation, filed correctly and on time, so your strata stays compliant.
Annual maintenance
Panel checks, emergency and exit lighting, common-area systems, and a documented report council can file. Small problems caught early, before they become special-levy emergencies.
