We integrate discrete, ceiling-mounted “Access Points” (APs) that work in concert to create a single, seamless blanket of High-Speed Data across the entire Estate, including the Patio and Property Edge.

2. The “Brain” of the Home: Centralized Lighting Control.
In a Luxury Custom Build, “wall acne”—those cluttered banks of four or five plastic light switches in every hallway—is a design failure. To achieve a Clean, Architectural look, we replace traditional switching with a Centralized Lighting Processor, Elegant Keypads with Custom Engraving, and beautifully simplistic Screwless Coverplates..
Think of this as the “brain” of your home’s atmosphere. Instead of running every lighting zone wire to a switch on the wall, we run them to a Centralized Panel in your Mechanical Room or other convenient location.
The benefits for the homeowner are twofold:
Aesthetic Minimalist: On your walls, you only see one or two Elegant, Custom-Engraved Keypads per major area of your Home. One button labeled “Entertain” can dim the Kitchen Pendants to 20%, turn on the Landscape Lights, and start your favorite Playlist.

These are still essential, and provide a great Cost per kW of Backup Power, but the future of Energy Resilience in Custom Homes involves Battery Storage Systems in combination with Solar Panels. In the Electrical world – this is called a Hybrid Photovoltaic System.
Battery Storage offers two Critical Advantages that Generators do not:
Zero Lag Time: Batteries react to outages in milliseconds, which prevents Mechanical Rooms from crashing, High-End AV Equipment from restarting, or Digital Security Systems from triggering.
Peak Shaving: We can Program the Home to draw power from its own Batteries during the “peak” utility hours or when you’ve entered the 2nd Tier of power usage (when electricity is most expensive) and recharge them later.
Net Metering: Any excess energy your Solar System produces is sent to the grid and “banked” as a kWh Credit.
